SAP Greenfield Implementation & Data Migration (ERP)

Executed a full greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation with complex data migration from multiple legacy ERP systems, delivering a clean, consolidated operational platform across the client organisation.

Challenge

The client had some specific requirements, such as complex integrations with other 3rd party products, using SAC as their reporting system, and CPI as the middleware. Additionally, client had chosen SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (formerly known as HEC) as their infrastructure provider.

Solution

  • Integrating S/4HANA with 3rd Party Systems: The S/4HANA system was integrated with 3rd party systems such as Blackline, Concur, Ariba, and others. Additionally, integrations were established with SAC and CPI, ensuring smooth data flow between these systems.
  • Configuring SSO: Single Sign-On (SSO) was configured for S/4HANA Fiori, SAC, and Hana database, ensuring seamless access to all these systems for users.
  • Upgrading S4HANA: The S/4HANA system was upgraded from version 1909 to the latest version 2021. This ensured that the client was using the latest features and functionalities of the S4HANA system.
  • Maintenance of Other SAP Products: Cloud Connector, Solution Manager, DP Agents, BTP services such as HANA Cloud and Cloud ALM were also maintained as part of the project.

Result

  • The complex integrations with 3rd party systems were established successfully, ensuring smooth data flow between these systems and the S4HANA system.
  • The SSO configuration ensured seamless access to S4HANA, Fiori, SAC, enhancing user experience and productivity.
  • Upgrading to the latest version of S4HANA provided access to the latest features and functionalities, improving overall efficiency.
  • Maintenance of other SAP products ensured that the client’s entire SAP landscape was up-to-date, reliable, and efficient.
